How to do Business with Us
We are a small business and do not run an on-line shop as such.
The listings of items on our "Shop" page are manually
maintained, but are kept reasonably up to date. We can't however
guarantee having all the items listed in stock as our stocks are not large
and the stock availability can change quickly.
We can order out-of-stock items from local wholesalers, however
they do not always carry large stocks either!
We suggest that you study the websites of manufacturers to identify
items which you might be interested in purchasing.
You should then contact us by e-mail, either using the link on
this website or direct to fraser-davies@inspire.net.nz.
We will reply within 24hrs at most and will quote for any items
of interest, plus an estimate of postage or courier if required.
Payment
In NZ we prefer payment by direct credit to our bank account, number
12 3290 0012846 00. Items will be despatched when payment is
received in the account.
Customers from UK may pay direct to our UK bank account in sterling.
Other overseas customers can pay via PayPal, although we apply a small
surcharge to cover PayPal currency exchange fees. If this method
of payment is adopted we will send an invoice via PayPal when our quote
has been accepted.
